All vendors must complete information & must complete temporary food establishment permit, Must have Fire Extinguisher We will need the number on your receipt.
Vendor agrees & understands that sale of alcohol of any kind, tobacco products and bootleg videos, bags, shirts, ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE TEMPORARY VENDOR PERMIT. Apply in person at : 42 Broadway, 5th floor, in Manhattan between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and on Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or apply etc. is strictly prohibited. on-line at: Disclaimer: These events are Rain or Shine.
